Tones Studios Completes Acquisition of Pedal Effects Company ‘Midnight 30 Music’.

Rochester, NY – August 20, 2021 – Tones Studios, LLC announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Midnight 30 Music, a staple in the boutique guitar effects industry since 2013. 

Midnight 30 Music designs, manufactures, and sells hand-wired guitar pedals and effects, primarily through it’s online platforms. What started out as a hobby, developed into a successful business venture enabling the sales of thousands of guitar effects pedals around the world. Operations for the company take place in both Rochester and South Glens Falls, New York.  While Midnight 30 Music currently has a lineup of approximately seven products, there are currently more in development and planned for release in 2022. In 2016, the Midnight 30 Music product was acquired by Guitars For Glory, Inc, a local Rochester, NY based not-for-profit from the original creator, Joshua Eiler, both of which will stay involved in various capacities with the new ownership.
